Welcome to the office of Dr. Christopher Cummins, M.D., Magnolia State Family Medicine! We are a primary care/family medicine clinic, including primary care, dermatology and medical aesthetics. We also have an on-site Pulmonary Rehabilitation service for anyone with a history of breathing problems, both smokers and non-smokers. At Magnolia State Family Medicine we conduct at-home sleep studies, administer once-a-year Reclast infusions for bone loss, and also offer Vitachrom injections for energy and weight loss. We do administer Supartz and Traditional knee injections to improve or eliminate knee pain, as well as other joint injections. We offer a wide variety of vitamins and supplements for your good health. Dr. Cummins is Preceptor for Stand Alone Family Nurse Practitioners and also provides Medical Staff for several area Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Homes, and provides patient care at Tippah County Health Services. Dr. Cummins is medical director for Hospice Advantage. He is also Brigade Surgeon for the 155th Brigade Combat Team - Dixie Thunder.
Our friendly and courteous staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses/Family Nurse Practitioners, Medical and Administrative Assistants, a Medical Laboratory Technician, Respiratory Therapists, and a Practice Manager.
We are fully staffed to serve your needs Monday - Friday from 8-5. Saturday 9-4.
